French LCEN law Art. 6-I-7 — public mechanism to flag manifestly illegal content.

Use this form to report any manifestly illegal content hosted on Aurentia (social posts via our integrations, marketplace profiles, AI-generated replies, Discord / Telegram bot messages).

Process

  • We acknowledge receipt immediately.
  • Our team reviews the notice within 24 hours.
  • If the content is manifestly illegal, we suspend it preventively.
  • We notify you of the final decision (remove, keep, reject).

Required information: your identity (first + last name), your address, a precise description of the facts, the location of the content, the legal basis. Abusive notices are punishable by 1 year imprisonment and EUR 15,000 fine (LCEN Art. 6-I-7, last paragraph).
